The unit JT130J is an automatic programmable sewing machine for decorative stitching and pocket design.

The machine is equipped with:
• JUKI lockstitch sewing head, shuttle hook and thread trimmer
• X and Y axes movement driven by stepper motors
• Preload station which allows to preload a new pocket while the previous one is under stitching
• Special device on the sewing clamp to stretch the pocket fabric to remove any crease before starting to sew
• Automatic stacker
• Intuitive control panel on board machine

The machine allows to perform one or more sewing cycles, also in sequence.

With the external programmer it is possible to create, modify and adjust the sewing programs.

On request, it is possible to have either machines with loading on the left and machines with loading on the right: in this way, one operator can work simultaneously on two “mirror” machines placed side by side, resulting in increased productivity.
