The automatic unit JT908A is three needle chain stitch feed of the arm for lap stitching on heavy and medium fabrics.

The machine is equipped with:
• KANSAI sewing head driven by an electronic direct motor on the upper shaft
•Standard needle gauge: three needle ¼” (6.4 mm)
• Differential feed dogs for a correct feeding setting on all type of fabric
• Exclusive additional JAM belt conveyor system driven by an electronic motor
• Pneumatic presser foot with material thickness sensor
• Double pneumatic adjustable pressures for foot and puller, electronically and independently controlled thanks to the material thickness sensor
• Electronic puller synchronized with the feed dog that allows to maintain constant, at any speed, the fabrics alignment and the stitch length
• Initial and final chain trimming, with the thread trimmer function deactivated at the center of the seam, leaving the fabric clean thanks to the special vacuum system positioned on the arm end
